Mandy Carter

Mandy has long held the reins as Joint Practice Manager at Northern Suburbs Veterinary Hospitals, bringing a wealth of experience and a no-nonsense approach to the daily running of the clinic. Having earned her Certificate in Veterinary Nursing before 1989, Mandy took some time out to start a family before working her way up to her current leadership role.
At the clinic, Mandy is the go-to for staff management, inventory control, and general day-to-day operations - affectionately known for her "cracking of the whip" to keep things running smoothly.
Outside of work, Mandy's life is just as full. She shares her home with her family, a well-fed Labrador named Jed, and Billie, her first and firey miniature dachshund. On the farm, she also looks after her beloved cows, fondly referred to as "the girls". When not riding her four-wheeler around the paddocks to check on "the girls", Mandy is hitting the tennis court or deeply involved in the local football club, where she plays a key role in organising their many events and activities.
